Simple! Either send a request via the form, call, text or email us with your name and address. We will arrange a time to either view the property from the exterior or meet you there for full access. After viewing the job we will email you a written quote via our online system.

This will vary with the size and scope of each job, however as a guide we will finish the interior, exterior and screens of a 4 bedroom, 2 storey house in around 3 hours.

We recommend a full interior clean at least once per year, with an exterior clean twice per year - this will help to preserve the condition of the glass and avoid the buildup of hard-water stains. It’s also down to personal preference! You may enjoy having a clear view year round, it’s up to you.

Yes! We have complete public liability insurance, and all of our workers are fully covered.

Nope, leave it to us! We will move and cover any furniture that may be next to windows with as much care as if it were our own. We do request any delicate items be removed from areas near the glass prior to the booking.

Our team has no fear of heights and can cover just about anything up to 3 storeys, we use ladder supports and safety equipment to minimise risk whilst allowing for the best possible clean.

We don't mind a little rain, however if it compromises our safety we will arrange another time to finish the clean. Rain will typically only stick to residue on glass, and will come right off cleaned glass.

We work using the traditional method of washer, squeegee and detailing equipment to clean each pane by hand on both the interior and exterior. We will only use a water-fed system on windows that are either too difficult to access or are cleaned very regularly.
